Transworld Claim Process

1. Inspect Delivery

Visually inspect all boxes before signing proof of delivery (POD).

Note any damage or shortage on Bill of Lading (BOL) at delivery time.

Ensure delivery driver acknowledges and signs noted exceptions.

4. 24-Hour Notice

Notify Transworld within 24 hours with model/serial number and BOL copy.

5. Claim Processing

Your claim will be processed and replacement unit delivered in 5-7 business days.

Physical Damage Claims

  • Visually inspect all boxes before signing the
    proof of delivery (POD).
  • Refuse any boxes with visible damage.
  • Delivery of exchange unit will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Note any damage or shortage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of delivery.
  • Ensure the delivery driver signs to acknowledge the noted exceptions
  • Notify Transworld within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Include the model/serial number and a copy of the BOL with your notification.

Direct Shipments from
Manufacturer

  • Inspect all items at the time of delivery.
  • Note any exceptions (damage or shortage) on the delivery receipt
  • Have the driver sign the delivery receipt acknowledging the exceptions.
  • Contact Transworld within 24 hours with details of the issue.
Important: All claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in claim denial.

Transworld Return Policy

1. Submit Return Request

Fill out the return request form with product details within 10 days of invoice.

Processing takes 3 business days. You'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Pack items in original box with all accessories. Mark RA number clearly on outside.

4. Ship Returns

Send returns prepaid to the provided address. Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage.

How To Request a Return

Please provide the following information
when requesting a return:

  • Model number
  • Serial number
  • Quantity
  • Reason for return
  • Company information

Processing Time

Allow 3 business days for processing of
return requests.

Once RA Number is Issued:

  • RA number must be clearly marked on the
    outside of all return packages.
  • Returns must be sent prepaid.
  • Returns without an RA number will be
    refused.
  • All items must be returned in their original
    box with all accessories.
Important: Packages must be properly packed to prevent damage during transit. Damaged returns may result in reduced or denied credit.
