Visually inspect all boxes before signing proof of delivery (POD).
Note any damage or shortage on Bill of Lading (BOL) at delivery time.
Ensure delivery driver acknowledges and signs noted exceptions.
Notify Transworld within 24 hours with model/serial number and BOL copy.
Your claim will be processed and replacement unit delivered in 5-7 business days.

Fill out the return request form with product details within 10 days of invoice.
Processing takes 3 business days. You'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack items in original box with all accessories. Mark RA number clearly on outside.
Send returns prepaid to the provided address. Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage.
