Synopsis of the Video GE's Zoneline units with resistant heat make-up air help improve the guest experience by conditioning incoming air when outdoor humidity is above 55%. This feature can reduce the need for rooftop units, while providing 35 CFM of continuous fresh air. For colder climates, the GE Zoneline Package Terminal Heat Pump (PTHP) is highly efficient as well. It offers a heat pump mode that reverses the refrigeration cycle, expelling cool air and bringing in warm air. The cooling mode in both the PTAC and PTHP units is identical, ensuring comfort in warm weather.

Renowned as the quietest PTHP in the industry, Zoneline includes a baked-on mastic barrier for superior sound insulation. GE Zoneline PTACs and PTHPs are the most energy-efficient systems for hotels, motels, resorts, nursing homes, and hospitals. These built-in, through-the-wall air conditioners provide better weather protection than traditional units. Make-up air models are not recommended for use within two miles of coastal areas, and should ideally be installed with wall thermostats.
