Specs for the rebate program in Indiana:
Commercial business customers in Indiana who receive electric or gas service from Duke Energy (utility company).
Customers served by municipal utilities may not be eligible.

To qualify for rebates, installations must meet the following criteria:
PTACs with Heat Pump (PTHP)
Equipment must be installed at a commercial property located in Indiana
Rebates apply to both replacements and new installations
