GE Zoneline 12K BTU Heat Pump, Makeup Air 265V – AZ65H12EBM

GE Zoneline® 12K BTU Heat Pump Unit with Makeup Air 265 Volt – AZ65H12EBM

The GE Zoneline® AZ65H12EBM Heat Pump PTAC Unit is a high-performance, through-the-wall climate solution designed for hospitality, multi-family housing, and light commercial applications. Delivering approximately 11,600–12,000 BTU of cooling capacity and up to 10,000 BTU of heat pump heating, it provides reliable year-round comfort for medium-sized rooms.

A standout feature of this model is its makeup air capability, which introduces 25–50 CFM of fresh outside air into the room when occupied—helping improve indoor air quality and ventilation without requiring separate ducted systems.

Designed with efficiency and durability in mind, the unit includes a heat pump system with supplemental electric resistance heat, ensuring consistent performance even in colder conditions. Additional features such as electronic controls, temperature limiting, and freeze/heat protection make it ideal for controlled environments like hotels and apartments.

Built for long-term use, the AZ65H12EBM features a slide-in chassis design, making installation and replacement simple in standard PTAC sleeves, while its commercial-grade construction ensures dependable operation across demanding applications.
