- On-site service for products over $500
2, 3, and 4 year warranty options for a possible 4 years of coverage- Starts on the date of purchase with CPS taking over on day 31
- Covers accidental damage (impact damage)
- Covers dropping while moving or mounting
- Covers burn-in
Does not cover damages in shipping or delivery
If product cannot be fixed, dealer provides replacement
How to Request an Extended Warranty
Please provide the following information
when requesting an extend warranty:
- Product model number
- Product serial number
- Purchase date
- Reason for warranty extension
- Customer contact information

Processing Time for Warranty Requests
Allow 3 business days for processing of warranty requests.
Once Warranty Confirmation is Issued:
- Warranty confirmation number must be clearly marked on all related documents.
- Warranty requests must be submitted with all required documentation.
- Requests without a warranty confirmation number will be denied.
- All products must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories.
