Designed specifically for guestroom environments, the HW6B combines modern charging technology with hospitality-oriented features that help simplify both the guest experience and hotel operations.
An integrated Qi wireless charging pad allows guests to charge compatible smartphones and other Qi-enabled devices simply by placing them on top of the clock. For devices requiring wired charging, the HW6B provides two 12W USB charging ports conveniently positioned on the front of the cabinet for rapid charging of compatible mobile devices.
The HW6B further expands bedside connectivity with a built-in 10 Amp, 125V AC courtesy outlet, giving guests easy access to conventional AC power for compatible electronics and accessories. As illustrated on page 1 of the supplied product sheet, the wireless charging surface, dual USB ports, and courtesy outlet are all integrated directly into the bedside clock, consolidating multiple guest connectivity needs into a single device.
Designed to minimize common hotel alarm-clock issues, the HW6B arrives with a factory pre-set clock and automatically adjusts for Daylight Saving Time. Its easy-to-set wake-to-buzzer alarm incorporates a Single Day Alarm, which prevents unwanted alarms from sounding after a guest's stay. Sure Alarm battery backup maintains the clock setting and programmed wake time during a power failure, while a convenient snooze button gives guests additional control over their wake-up experience.
Additional hospitality features include a Single Day Dimmer, which resets the dimmer setting each day, and a snooze/dimmer button that provides eight levels of display brightness. Hidden buttons help prevent guests from tampering with time settings, while printed cabinet-top instructions make everyday operation straightforward. A security tether provides additional theft deterrence, and a heavy-gauge braided cloth power cord with a right-angle plug helps support durable guestroom installation.
