The Amana PTH094J35AXXX 9,000 BTU Packaged Terminal Heat Pump (PTHP) is a commercial-grade heating and cooling solution designed for hotels, resorts, extended-stay properties, senior living communities, multifamily housing, student housing, and other hospitality and commercial environments. Combining 9,000 BTU/h of cooling capacity, 8,200 BTU/h of reverse-cycle heat pump heating, and 3.7 kW supplemental electric heat, this 265V unit provides year-round guestroom climate control from a single through-the-wall system.

As part of Amana’s current J-Series platform, the PTH094J35AXXX uses R-32 refrigerant and achieves a 12.4 EER, providing an efficient option for properties replacing older PTAC/PTHP equipment or specifying climate-control systems for new hospitality projects. Heat pump operation allows the unit to provide efficient reverse-cycle heating when conditions permit, while the integrated electric resistance heater provides supplemental heating capability when required.

The unit also incorporates integrated Bluetooth and RF connectivity, enabling configuration and diagnostics through compatible Amana technologies. Amana’s mobile-app functionality can help technicians reduce unit setup and configuration time while providing access to advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities.
